Purposes of Processing We process personal data for the following purposes:

International Data Transfers Our website hosting is provided by an external Kenyan company, hostpinnacle.co.ke, located outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Any personal data stored or processed on these servers may involve transfers to Kenya. To ensure an adequate level of protection, we have implemented safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR) in our data processing agreement (DPA) with the hosting provider. Google Analytics and Third-Party Tools Currently, our website does not integrate Google Analytics or other third-party analytics tools, as confirmed by site analysis.
